What does ngenios do?
The system enables office based administrators to instruct sub contractors and manage their work without constantly having to keep in touch with them.

It also makes supervision of staff in multiple offices easy, as a system administrator can see remotely the status of repairs and levels of service in other sites.

It is a completely paperless system and eradicates the need for paper records.

How does ngenios work?
Administrators issue instructions to contractors from their desk.
Administrators see all instructions to all contractors. Contractors pick up their jobs via an internet connection but can only see jobs which are for them.

This enables contractors to pick up jobs out of normal office hours and manage their own workload. Administrators are able to track the progress of the job, can see whether the contractor has accepted it and when the job is completed.

Who should use ngenios?
Ideal for Residential and Commercial Property Managers and anyone responsible for maintenance and tracking of repairs.

Proven track record using ngenios?
Case Study: Russells
Russells are leading rental agents in Cambridge with 4 branch offices.
Russells have been using the system for a number of years.

"We wonder how we managed to do the job before we had Ngenios, piles of paper, no one knowing what was going on, and landlords and tenants unhappy. Having a portfolio of about 1500 properties we needed something to control repairs and Ngenios was it."

"We can also see what's going on in the other offices from our desks or on holiday if we really want to!"
